HOT SWAP SUPPORT SCHEME
£325.00 plus VAT per annum

Swap-Out Service
This TCS support scheme offers the following benefits:
Courier Swap-Out Service. When the printer is mition critical, we can offer a next working day, courier swap-out service contract. With this service we will send you a loan printer specifications subject to availability) to you and at the same time arrange collection of your faulty unit to be returned to Tailored Card Services. Your printer will be assessed and, if out of warranty, a quotation submitted for the repairs and transport costs. We will require a purchase order before any repairs are carried out. As soon as your printer is repaired, we will return to you and arrange collection of the loan printer.
ON SITE SUPPORT AND HOT SWAP SCHEME
This service is only offered in London and the South of England
£650.00 plus VAT per annum

On Site Support - Betwen 09.00am and 17.00pm weekdays
Swap-Out Service
With this service, an engineer will visit your premises within 24 hours* to assess the fault and repair if possible. If a repair is not possible on site, the unit will be returned to our base and a replacement loan printed (specifications subject to availability) sent out the following day under the Hot Swap agreement as above. This service also includes a twice yearly visit to deep clean and assess the printer for optimum print quality.
All transportation costs, including insurance, and replacement parts and/or repair costs will be borne by the customer.
* We will always attempt to be with you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee this time scale should circumstances beyond our control arise.
