All machines need cleaning to avoid failures linked to poor maintenance.  With pre-saturated cleaning products it couldn’t be easier to clean machines and keep them in good working order. All pre-saturated cleaning cards are manufactured to precise specifications using approved materials and contain 99.7% isopropyl alcohol.

THERMAL PRINTER CLEANING CARDS

available in a range of sizes

These cleaning cards use a soft fabric embedded into a plastic core to create a pre-saturated disposable product. They safely and effectively remove all dirt, ink, tape and adhesive residue and other contaminants from thermal print heads, paper guides and paper paths.

CARD READER CLEANING CARDS

Pre-saturated credit card sized cleaning cards for the removal of contaminants from magnetic or optical sensors on card readers.  To clean the entire surface, try the unique independent suspension of Waffletechnology.

CLEANING PENS

Cleaning pens are designed to remove, ink, dirt and contamination build up from print heads.

CLEANING WIPES

These wipes can be used to clean and polish the thermal print head.

CLEANING SWABS

Snap swabs contain IPA solution in the handle. Simply snap the handle and the foam tip is saturated for easy cleaning of print heads.  For harder to reach areas, including belts and rollers, pre-saturated swabs with 6” handles are the answer.
