LAMINATION UNITS
Most of the EDIsecure® range of ID Card Printers have the option to connect with a laminator, for that extra layer of protection and security. There are a few different laminate foils available, ranging from the standard 0.5mm patch laminate to a personalised holographic patch. Please go to our consumables page to see further details.

EDIsecure® ILM LS/DS Laminator |

The ILM-LS/DS can be joined easily for Inline Lamination with the EDIsecure® XID 8300 Retransfer Printer, simply attach the unit with the appropriate joining plate to the printer – that’s it. Communicating via infrared interface, the lamination parameters for the various card materials are controlled by the printer driver. Read more…. |
EDIsecure® ILM Laminator |

To maximize card security and durability, the EDIsecure® DCP 360+ Direct Card Printer and all XID 93xx Retransfer Printers can be combined for inline lamination with the ILM. With the optional external Flipper Unit the ILM can be upgraded to double-side lamination or even to sandwich lamination of different laminates. Read more…. |
EDIsecure® ILU Laminator |

To maximize card security and durability, all EDIsecure® Professional Line Printers can be combined with the ILU for single-side inline lamination. The ILU can also be upgraded to double-side lamination for our XID Retransfer Printers by adding the optional external Flipper Unit. Even Sandwich Lamination using different laminates is possible by adding a second ILU. Read more….
